This Privacy Policy explains how ISE Football Club (“ISE FC”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information submitted through isefc.ae. By submitting a form on this website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described here.

We collect only what you submit directly to us through our website forms: your name, email address, and message when you use the Contact form; the applicant's name, a parent or guardian's name and contact details where the applicant is a minor, email, phone number, and age bracket when you apply for Academy trials; and your email address when you sign up for club updates.

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, to evaluate Academy trial applications and communicate with applicants and their parents or guardians, to send club updates to those who opt in, and for the club's internal administrative records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated profiling or targeted advertising.
Children's Information & Parental Consent
Where an Academy applicant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the application and provide their own contact details alongside the child's. We treat this as the basis for parental consent to process the child's information for the purpose of evaluating their trial application.
How We Share Information
Submitted information is delivered to the club's official inbox via our email service and stored securely in our website's systems. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information where required by UAE law or a valid legal request.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law or, for Academy applicants who join the club, as part of an ongoing player record.

Health & Fitness
Participants, and where applicable their parents or guardians, are responsible for confirming the participant's fitness to take part in football activity, including disclosing any relevant medical conditions to club staff before participation.
Photography, Video & Media
ISE FC may photograph or film players, staff, and attendees during matches, training, trials, and club events for use on the website, social media, and other club promotional materials. If you wish to request that specific imagery of yourself or your child be removed, contact info@isefc.ae.
